It was during one of his travels in New Zealand that Cyril discovers artisanal beer and begins to dream of brewery. A great lover of gastronomy and sweet beverages, he decides-while he is on a bicycle trip to Russia-in 2016 to brew his own beer which will be both local, ecological, and stirred with the aromas that he likes. During the next two years, while working in several restaurants, he began to develop his first recipes, refining experience after experience. The Valentinoise was born. He only needed a room to brew and sell his creations.
It is in January 2018 that it finds the ideal location, in the former small theatre located 11 rue Sabaterie, in the historic centre of Valence. He now offers tastings and sales of the beers he brews, a range that he wants rich in aromas, brewed in the respect of the environment and with as many local products as possible.
